Refund/Return Policy


Due to the fact that all items are handmade and are made according to the measurements provided by the customer, we do not offer returns.

The customer has 14 days to notify us of a faulty product. We will gladly arrange a return should there be a production fault. We will rectify the issue and return it back to the customer.



If you are not happy with the fit, we will gladly make adjustments. You can contact us to arrange collection (South African orders only).



We will gladly repair damaged products. The customer is welcome to send it to us and we will repair it at a quoted cost.
